Resonance is a bespoke physical and energetic workout accompanied by a live DJ. Each class is a harmonious fusion of barre, Pilates, yoga, cardio and dance, seamlessly interwoven with tantric activations for each chakra. In addition to the full body training and energetic alignment, each session is alchemized with a specific beneficial energetic theme, changing from class to class, which is integrated into the dj set and the choreography, creating a alchemy that will continue to enhance your soul exoression after our session.
